To provide a technique for using spin-yield in a multithread system.

In an execution configuration of the device, n threads are executed on m processors and a 'spin-yield' processor. Since each of the threads waiting for a lock is bound to the spin-yield processor on a spin-yield processor list, other threads are allowed to use m processors for other purposes which a standby thread are normally capable of using in a spin-yield cycle. Also, during a stipulated period of time, the thread is either bound to the spin-yield processor or removed from the processor on the basis of a frequency of context switching experienced during the same stipulated period.
