Title:
SPRINKLER HEAD MOUNTING IMPLEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3928105
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make valve opening smooth and sure by providing the above sprinkler head with an obstacle fall assisting means for the purpose of dislodging valve disk moving obstacles in a supporting frame.
SOLUTION: A glass valve 7 is composed of a glass tube into which alcohol is sealed and its front end is inserted into an insertion hole 27 of a glass valve rest 5. The rear end is screwed into a threaded hole part 2A of a supporting frame 2 and is pressed by a set screw 6. The inside end of the threaded hole part 2A is formed at a slope 2t as well, by which the obstacle fall assisting means is composed. As a result, the glass valve rest 5 collides against the slope 2t as well to an unstable state, thereby making the valve disk moving obstacles, i.e., the glass valve rest 5 and a ball 9 easier to fall. Corrosion resistance may be improved by using the glass valve 7 for a thermosensitive part. The valve opening is thus made smooth and sure.
