Title:
SPRINKLER HEAD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3928107
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the water discharge of a whole head uniform by downward bending a part corresponding to the backside of a support member on the outer edge part of a deflector.
SOLUTION: A plurality of slits 20a to 20e with the same width and different length are formed on the outer periphery part 5c of a deflector 5. The length is made successively shorter from the longest 20a to the shortest 20e. That is, the slit 20a positioned at the center of a backside corresponding part 5d corresponding to the backside 6a of a frame 6 is made longest and the slit 20e for an opening part 5e shortest. Thus the whole length of the backside corresponding part 5d is made longer than the whole length of the opening part 5e. The center axis c of the third slit 20c of the backside corresponding part 5d is tilted toward the backside 6a side of the frame 6 against the radial direction AR in a tilting angle γ. Radial water flow can be directed toward the backside 6a of the support member 6 to sufficiently spray water also to the backside corresponding part 5d side.
