To provide a stacked heat exchanger having a plurality of plate tube sheets stacked with fluid passages to be formed therein, easily and reliably eliminating the possibility of holding partition plates, arranged between outer fins, between tank forming portions of the tube sheets.
This stacked heat exchanger comprises the two or more stages of outer fins 43 stacked and arranged in space portions 41, the partition plates 45 arranged between the outer fins 43, and the tube sheets 29 having bent portions 47, 49 bent in the stacking direction thereof and formed at the side ends of at least the tank forming portions 37 of the partition plates 45. The stacking-direction positions of ends 61a of the partition plates 61 at the sides of the tank forming portions 37, 37A, 37B are differentiated from the stacking- direction positions of joint portion 63 of the tank forming portions 37, 37A, 37B.
