Abstract:
To provide a stainless steel material suitable for solid oxide form fuel cells, a constitutional member, a cell and a fuel cell stack.SOLUTION: There is provided a stainless steel material having a substrate consisting of a ferritic stainless steel and an oxide layer formed on a surface of the substrate, in which a chemical composition of the substrate satisfies [16.0≤Cr+1.5×Al-2.5×B-17×C≤35.0], the oxide layer contains α-AlOof 80% or more, a deposition containing one or more kind selected from MCtype Cr carbide, MB type Cr-based boride, a composite deposition having MCtype Cr carbide deposited on a surface thereof with MB type Cr-based boride as a deposition nucleus, and a composite deposition having MCtype Cr-based carbide deposited on a surface thereof with NbC carbide as the deposition nucleus is contained in the substrate, and a part of the deposition projects from the oxide layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
