To provide a stainproof photocatalytic film with a film base surface equipped with hydrophilicity and with an organic matter decomposing function.
The stainproof film having a stainproofing agent layer is characterized in that the film base surface is treated with hydrophilic treatment and is coated by a water-based stainproofing agent (a second coating layer) which is preferably a photocatalytic agent composed of an anatase-type titanium oxide. An intermediate layer (a first coating layer) is provided between the film base surface treated with hydrophilic treatment and the water-based stainproofing agent (the second coating layer). The intermediate layer (the first coating layer) comprises a mixture of a non-photocatalytic amorphous titanium peroxide and/or an amorphous titanium oxide. In the figure, 50 is the stainproofing film, 51 is a PET film, 52 is the intermediate layer, 53 is the photocatalytic layer, 54 is an adhesive layer, 55 is a release paper, and 56 is a protective film.
