Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the operation cycle time of the standby circuit by automatically returning from a low current consuming operation to a normal operation without impressing any data to the standby state setting terminal of a standby input control circuit.
CONSTITUTION: This standby circuit is composed of a latch circuit 2 to store and hold data and a standby input control circuit 1 connected to the latch circuit 2 and equipped with a standby state setting terminal 11, write terminal 12 and enable terminal 10 as input terminals, a feedback terminal 9 is provided at the standby input control circuit 1, and a latch output terminal 17 of the latch circuit 2 and the feedback terminal 9 are connected.
