Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a star wheel device 100 capable of easily exchanging a star wheel and optionally setting a number of pockets of respective divided star wheels.
SOLUTION: This star wheel device is provided with the star wheel constituted detachably and divided unequally along a radial direction, and an upper flange 70 and a lower flange 90 installed on a rotating shaft 6 of the star wheel along a vertical direction. An upper star wheel USW and a lower star wheel LSW integrally constituted through a fixing member 40 are provided on the star wheel. The upper star wheel is engaged with the upper flange, and the lower star wheel is engaged with the lower flange. Thus, the star wheel is positioned with respect to the star wheel device.
