In the stator 1, three-phase coils 3U, 3V, 3W are arranged in a distributed winding state in a stator core 2. A coil conductor 41E constituting turns in the V-phase and W-phase coils 3V, 3W of the other two phase is arranged between a first coil conductor 41A and a second coil conductor 41B in the radial direction R of the U-phase coil 3U. The conductor end 412 of the first coil conductor 41A in the U-phase coil 3U, is joined to the conductor end 411 of the second coil conductor 41B in the U-phase coil 3U, through a space S1 formed between coil end conductor parts 32 in the V-phase and W-phase coils 3V, 3W of the other two phases.
