PURPOSE: To vaporize instantly water, which enters recessed parts, before the water comes out form the recessed parts in a ball shape by a method wherein on the surface fo a vaporizing chamber to which water is dropped, a large number of recessed parts are constituted, and at the same time, on the surface of the vaporizing chamber including these recessed parts, a hydrophilic surface treatment is applied, the water which dropped in the vaporizing chamber is scattered a number of recesses.
CONSTITUTION: On the surface of a bottom part of a vaporizing chamber 6 which is formed integrally with a base 4, a large number of recessed parts 7 are formed and constituted to be lower than the surface of the vaporizing chamber 6. To this vaporizing chamber 6, including the recessed parts 7, a conventional hydrophilic surface treatment 8 is applied. In this case, by applying a liquidized type one, not only a coating can be formed evenly on the surface of the vaporizing chamber 6, but also an equivalent or even better coating with the surface can be formed on the recessed parts 7 also. By this method, in the recessed parts 7, hydrophilic property is increased to water which enters, and the water is prevented from becoming globular and vaporized instantly. In addition to these effects, the water hardly becomes globular by heat buffer effect at a high temperature.
