Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent icing on a link by providing a resin coating abundant in the non-water-absorption property, non-adhesion and weather resistance on the surface of the steering link provided near car body constituting components in the exposed state at the outside of an automobile. CONSTITUTION:In the steering device of a large bus or the like, a drag link 21 and a knuckle arm 22 are moved in the arrow A direction by the rotating operation of a steering wheel via a steering mechanism, thereby a knuckle 23 is rotated around a kingpin 24 to steer wheels. In this case, a resin coating 28 abundant in the non-water-absorption property, non-adhesion and weather resistance is formed on the surface of the drag link 21 penetrating a hole 27 provided on the cross member 26 of a chassis frame 25. Ice lumps are prevented from sticking to the surface of the drag link 21 at a cold district in winter, the impossible turning of a handle caused by the sticking of ice lumps is prevented.
