To provide a step-loading device for binding bar materials which can cope with the number and kind of bar materials.
A bar material supply means 10 has a conveyance part 11 which counts the number of round bars and convey them to a next process and a material skid part 15 which loads the round bar 81 which is fed in at a position where it should be supplied and drops the round bar 81 loaded based on a predetermined timing to supply it. The material skid part 15 has a stopper 18 which regulates a position of an end of the round bar 81 which is fed in and a loading member 16 which loads the round bar 81 which is fed in. An alignment piling-up means 20 consists of a loading skid 21 which receives the round bar 81 which is supplied to load it and can ascend and descend, a pair of inclination rollers 23 which are opened upward of the loading skid 21 and can adjust the width of expansion, and a pair of vertically-erecting rollers 25 having an axial center in the vertical direction for the loading skid 21. An interval between the vertically-erecting rollers 25 can be adjusted.
