Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stock conveyor having a stopper(s) between arbitral conveying rollers so as to protrude or retreat, which can surely convey cardboard boxes even if there is a swelling portion at a bottom of the box, by constituting the conveying rollers of a small diameter roller at a central part in the axial direction and a pair of large diameter rollers at both right and left sides.
SOLUTION: When a cardboard box is placed on a stock conveyor, a central part of a bottom surface of the case bulging downward rides on an endless belt 5 on a small diameter roller 2b and both sides are supported with large diameter rollers 2c, 2c', and accordingly the bottom surface of the box comes in contact with a conveying roller 2 and an intermediate roller 3. The box is conveyed smoothly since it is on the belt 5. In the case of storage after stopping the movement of box with stoppers 7, 7' made to protrude upward from a conveying surface, the box causes no large line pressure since it is dispersed in its load weight by the rollers 2c, 2c' and can be stocked easily.
