To provide a storage circuit which is mainly used for a program circuit or the like, and capable of easily and stably reading stored data.
The storage circuit is provided with a flip-flop having a 1st terminal and a 2nd terminal, a 1st ferro-electric substance capacitor for giving 1st capacitance to the 1st terminal, a 2nd ferro-electric substance capacitor for giving 2nd capacitance different from the lst capacitance to the 2nd terminal, and a voltage source to start supplying a drive voltage for driving the flip-flop in which the 1st capacitance and the 2nd capacitance are given to the 1st terminal and the 2nd terminal. It is preferable that complimentary data are written to the 1st ferro-electric substance capacitor and the 2nd ferro-electric substance capacitor.
