The means is switched to a locking state which can be unlocked by a specific person unlocking operation executed by an unlocking implement or an identification number input, etc., and a receipt issuing device 28 is actuated or switched to an actuatable state. Also, a specific person opens the door by unlocking a locking means 12 by the unlocking operation executed by the unlocking implement or the identification number input, etc., and can take out the contained baggage. Moreover the house-to-house delivery trader, etc., can receive a receipt by executing the operation of pushing an actuating button, etc., of the receipt issuing device 28.
