Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle in a product taking-out process of a molding cycle and having a nozzle orifice not leaving the resin material of a space part immediately after the nozzle orifice and a method for processing the nozzle orifice.
SOLUTION: A nozzle orifice is formed into a shape of which the cross section is gradually reduced from the leading end part coming into contact with a mold at a time of injection toward the inside and a nozzle 20 has a non-circular cross-sectional shape over the total length of the nozzle orifice 21. Since the nozzle orifice 21 has a taper shape expanded in the extracting direction of the molded product and is processed so as to have a non-circular cross-sectional shape over the total length thereof, the surface area of the leading end part of a sprue is large and solidification is fast and, therefore, the molded product can be easily extracted and a resin material becoming a base of cold slag is not left in the space part immediately after the nozzle orifice 21 in the nozzle 20.
