PURPOSE: To obtain of a dustfree semiconductor, a metal article or the like by a method wherein a metal sheet is formed into a storing device for article to be stored by bending it along the processing line, to be used for bending, which is formed on the metal sheet consisting of aluminum, duralumin or stainless steel.
CONSTITUTION: A processing line for bending, to be used for formation of a storing device which is formed by bending a metal sheet, is formed on the metal sheet and a work 1b such as formation of a perforation and work 1a, wherein both sides of the bending line are thinned off into the thickness which is thinner than the metal sheet. A processing line 2 to be used for bending is provided on a circular aluminum sheet of 15cm in diameter, and a storing device 3 is completed. After an etching has been performed on the material 4, which constitutes a GaAs substrate 5 and a growing solution, said material is placed in the storing device 3, and it is dried up using an infrared lamp 6, thereby enabling to prevent the material from being contaminated by dust.
