Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which low friction properties and wear resistance used for a sliding device are made compatible.SOLUTION: Provided is a structure in which a resin A structure 2 is provided with a resinous fiber B structure of below 10 μm, the resin fibrous fiber 3 is arranged on the surface, and the bending elastic moduli of both are different by 1,000 MPa or more. As the resin A2, polyethylene being a low frictional material having a relatively low bending elastic moduli is preferable, and polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene or the like are used as well, and, as the resinous fiber B3, polyacetal or polyethylene terephthalate having a high bending elastic modulus and having hardness is preferable, and a polycarbonate resin, a polyethylene resin, a polyurethane resin, an acrylic resin, a polyamide resin or the like are used as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
