To provide a raw material supply device capable of supplying a raw material constituted by an uneven granule or powder to an automatic packaging machine only for a predetermined amount while securing high speed raw material supply operation inexpensively.

The raw material supply device 1 of the automatic packaging machine includes a hopper 3 for storing the uneven particle-like raw material 30, a screw-shaped conveying mechanism arranged just under the hopper 3, and a spiral coil-shaped conveying mechanism arranged just under the screw-shaped conveying mechanism. The screw-shaped conveying mechanism operates so as to roughly unravel the particle-like raw material 30 dropping from the hopper 3, and the spiral coil-shaped conveying mechanism operates so as to stir and finely unravel the particle-like raw material 30 dropping from the screw-shaped conveying mechanism and to align the height of the particle-like raw material 30 conveyed in the inside of the spiral coil-shaped conveying mechanism in a predetermined height by applying the level action.
