Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction table of an NC router which does not need a jig plate for suction.
SOLUTION: A bearing 9 is engaged with a rail 7 fitted with a table frame 6, the bearing is fitted to a table plate 10, air cylinders 11, 12 are set on both sides on the table plate 10 in parallel to the moving direction of the head of a head structure, boards 13a having numbers of suction holes are set on the actuation shafts of the air cylinders 11, 12, upper and lower cylinders 22, 23 are fitted to each of arm members 20, 21 protruded from both sides of the table frame 6, and guides 26, 27 are fitted to support members 24, 25 respectively only at a position through which the tool of the head passes. Since a suction table is brought down only at the passage position of the tool of the head of the head structure to separated from a plate to be processed, a board on the upper surface of a suction block is protected from damage, and the plate can be mounted directly on the board of the suction block.
