A sun visor for a vehicle having a sun visor body with a sunshade function includes: a turning shaft 30 rotatably supporting the sun visor body; a leaf spring 12 provided in the sun visor body and elastically fitted to a peripheral surface of the turning shaft 30 to apply turning torque to the sun visor body; lubricant to lubricate contact surfaces between the turning shaft 30 and the leaf spring 12. On a surface in contact with the leaf spring 12, in the peripheral surface of a horizontal shaft part 31 of the turning shaft 30, a concavo-convex part 33 is formed to hold the lubricant.
