Title:
SUPERCONDUCTIVE MAGNETIC BEARING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002276659
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a superconductive magnetic bearing capable of reducing a rotation loss by reducing an eddy current generated in a permanent magnet unit and a yoke by nonuniformity of a magnetic field created by a superconductor unit.

This superconductive magnetic bearing 22 is provided with a fixed side bearing part 23 having an annular superconductor unit 26 provided in a fixed part 20 and a rotation side bearing part 24 having annular permanent magnet units 28 and 29 provided in the rotor 21 so as to be opposed to the super conductor unit 26, and the rotor 21 is fitted to the fixed part 20 in no contact therewith by the pinning effect of the superconductor constituting the superconductor unit 26. The permanent magnet units 28 and 29 are constituted of a plurality of permanent magnet bodies stacked via insulating layers.
