Abstract:
To provide a pump device having a simple structure and a bearing structure dispensing with a lubricating material.
A refrigerant (liquid ammonia) channel 2 communicating a suction port 33 and a delivery port 43 is formed in a housing 3 and a bearing member 5 composed of amorphous carbon is provided in the housing 3 in a state fitted in the channel 2 so as to support a rotary shaft 4. A driving means 9 rotating the rotary shaft 4 by a rotor 7 provided in the rotary shaft by fitted in the channel 2 and a stator 8 provided by externally surrounding the rotor 7 in the outside of the housing 3. A pump body 10 connected to the rotary shaft 4 and delivering liquid is interposed on the way to the channel 2.
