Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the cleaning and removal of a curing agent in a kneader.
CONSTITUTION: The tension of a spring 24 for energizing a check valve in a main agent feed pipe 20 is adjusted to be lower than that of a spring 44 for energizing a check valve 45 in a curing agent feed pipe 4, and the timing of a supply of a main agent to a kneading chamber 15 is set earlier than that of a curing agent. In addition, the inner wall surface of a supply port 16 and the inner wall surface of the supply part of the kneading chamber 15 are covered with the main agent, so that the easy and positive water wash of these wall surfaces after the use is ensured.
