Each pick-up-roller 16 rotates variously around the each axial line 17. And thereby, each rib 19 skims over the outlet end 12 of each grooved way 8 at a relatively slow angular velocity and aslo each cigarette 2 is transferred to a device 5 forming a plurality of layers 6 at a relatively slow angular velocity.
