Abstract:
To provide a surface processing machine capable of forming irregularities on a work piece precisely and at high speed by using a piezoelectric effect element.
A signal output from the piezoelectric effect element for detection is not processed up to an R point where specified time T passes from an electrification starting point (S point) of the piezoelectric effect element for driving, and a signal generated as the specified time passes and a head end of a processing tool makes contact with a surface of the work piece is processed as a surface detection signal M. Consequently, it is possible to improve detection precision in comparison with a method to cut a signal of a value lower than a threshold value L by setting the threshold value L.
