PURPOSE:To attain to enhance treating efficiency by accelerating the flowing speed of a treating liquid by revolving an object to be treated while rotating the same in the treating liquid, by rotating a main shaft and a rotary shaft for hanging the object to be treated to mutually reverse directions through a gear mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of arms 9 are radially fixed to the lower end outer periphery of the main shaft 6 provided to the upper central part of a treating tank 1. A large diameter gear 10 is fixed to the lower end outer periphery of a rotary cylinder 8 and a rotary shaft 12 is provided to the outer end of each arm 9 while a small diameter gear 13 is provided to each rotary shaft 12 to be brought into engagement with the gear 10. An object 14 to be treated is fixed to each rotary shaft 12 and immersed in a treating liquid. When the main shaft 6 and a rotary shaft 8 are rotated to mutually reverse directions by the gears 10, 12, each arm 9 begins to revolve around the main shaft 6 and each rotary shaft 12 is rotated along with the object 14 to be treated at a high speed. Therefore, the object 14 to be treated and the treating liquid are sufficiently contacted and the surface treatment thereof is performed within a short time. This apparatus can be applied in plating or plating pretreatment processes.
