PURPOSE: To enable enlarging the compressing stroke of a switch part by providing one stroke-enlarging lever.
CONSTITUTION: A switch is composed of a casing 1, an operation body 4 positioned to protrude outside from the casing 1 at one end and displace- operated when it is brought into contact with, a switch part arranged in the casing 1, a stroke enlarging lever 50 rotatably supported on the inner face of the casing 1 at one side, rotated when compressed by the other side of the operation body at the intermediate position at the time of operation of the operation body and compressing a compressed part 22 of switch part in the other side. Consequently, the other end of the operation body 4 compresses the intermediate position of the lever 50 when the operation body 4 works. It is, therefore, possible for the lever 50 to push down the compressed part of switch part by the other side with the displacement amount larger than that of the operation body 4.
