Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve noise characteristic by making a current flowing in/out of a power source which supplies internal ground potential to a switched capacitor circuit and a current having a quantity and a polarity the same as and reverse to the formed current respectively flow in/out of the power source at the same timing.
CONSTITUTION: This circuit is equipped with two switched capacitor circuits 1, 2 of ordinary constitution, and a signal generated by inserting an input signal to the circuit 1 is inputted to the circuit 2. The current from the power source which supplies an internal ground voltage to the circuit 1 goes to a current having the same quantity and reversed polarity compared with one from the power source which supplies the internal ground voltage to the circuit 2, and these currents are canceled completely since the sum of currents from the power sources which supply the internal ground voltage goes to zero. Therefore, the noise characteristic of the power source which supplies the internal ground voltage can always be maintained in a satisfactory state without switching.
