PURPOSE: To improve workability by forming an actuating lever that can be rotated and displaced to mutually different two directions in a momentary type lever and controlling the flashing of a headlamp through a microcomputer in accordance with the operation state of two switches that are operated by this actuation lever.
CONSTITUTION: An actuating lever 1 that can be rotated in either (a) or (b) direction and automatically returns to the original position when rotary actuation force is released by protruding it from a switch box 2 is provided. The switch box 2 is provided with a switch 3 that turns on when the actuating lever 1 is set to the high beam command position H and a switch 4 that turns on when it is set to the low beam passing command position L/P. Their output is input to a microcomputer 6 of a control circuit 5 together with the output of a lighting switch 10. Besides, the flashing of a small lamp 8 and a headlamp 9 is controlled in accordance with a preset control program depending on the actuation state of these switches 3, 4 and 10.
