Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high power conversion efficiency while preventing a switching element from being destroyed by a spike current until reaching a stable current resonant state in a current resonant bridge system switching power supply.SOLUTION: In switch parts 13 and 14 of a half bridge connection, super junction structure MOSFET 131 and 141 with small ON resistance and IGBT 132 and 142 with high current resistance of body diodes are disposed in parallel. At a startup time, a control part 3 supplies a PWM signal the pulse width of which is gradually widened to the IGBT 132 and 142, thereby gradually increasing a switching current that flows to a primary coil 201 of a transformer 20. When a switching current waveform becomes sinusoidal after the lapse of a predetermined time, the control part 3 supplies a drive signal meeting a resonant frequency of a resonance circuit to the SJ-MOSFET 131 and 141 and performs switching in a resonance operation mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
