Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin bottle where a transparent outer shell body is injection-molded using a bottle body, which is a blow molded article, as an insert material, and to provide a method for manufacturing the synthetic resin bottle, which can effectively suppress deformation of the bottle body due to a molten resin.SOLUTION: In a synthetic resin bottle molding method where a transparent cylindrical synthetic resin outer shell body 21 having a bottom 25 is injection-molded using a bottle body 11 as an insert material, a molten resin forming the outer shell body 21 is filled by a weighing and filling method in a state where cooling air (a) is circulated and supplied into the bottle body 11, pressure rise in accordance with a pressure keeping process is avoided by adopting the weighing and filling method, temperature rise of the bottle body 11 is suppressed by the cooling air (a), molten resin pressure rise in accordance with molten resin flow is suppressed by thickening a peripheral wall of the outer shell body 21, and the levels of cooling by the cooling air (a) and thickening the peripheral wall of the outer shell body 21 are set to the level where the bottle body 11 is not deformed by a molten resin pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
