Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a metallic spring used for a pump-type liquid discharging container, etc., for a synthetic resin-made spring.
SOLUTION: In a synthetic resin-made compression spring, the upper and lower both ends are formed of ring-shaped or flat plate-shaped circular end members 1a, 1b, a cylindrical wall part between the end members is formed of a plurality of inclined rings 2 each of which has a shape formed by diagonally and parallel cutting a cylinder, and a plurality of connectors 3 for connecting the upper ends of the lower inclined rings to the lower ends of the upper inclined rings after vertically, alternately, arranging respective rings in the mutual opposite directions. The lower end of the downmost ring of the cylindrical wall part and the lower end member, and the upper end of the topmost ring and the upper end member are formed of the connectors 3, respectively, each connector 3 is formed of a thin plate thinner than the width of the section of a linear part of the inclined ring, suspended or erected from the inner edge of either the upper and lower ends of the inclined ring, and having the circular cross section, and the whole is integrally molded with elastic synthetic resin.
