Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent enlarging a circuit scale and to receive and reproduce a control signal at the time of a line error rate deterioration by generating the control signal from two kinds of fixed patterns according to the ASK (amplitude deviation) signal level of a subcarrier and sending it when the line error rate is deteriorated. CONSTITUTION:When the line error rate is deteriorated, the service of a data transmission is stopped at a terminal station, and the control signal is transmitted by using a first fixed pattern (a) and a second fixed pattern (b). The pattern (a) is selected so that an ASK signal level F of the subcarrier by the pattern (a) can go to a level D at the time of an in-service or above. The pattern (b) is selected so that the ASK level by the pattern (b) can go to 0. Consequently, by using the receiving circuit of the control signal at the time of the in-service, the control signal at the time of an out-of-service is receiving-identified.
