Abstract:

To automatically control a part of or the whole of voice modulation concerning the change of a picture.

The change of an input picture is recognized by a picture recognizing block 100 and a signal processing program synthesizing part 52 generates a program 24 depending on the result. DSP 400 executes voice modulation on an input voice signal 41 on the basis of the program 24 so that an output voice signal 60 is obtained in real time.
