Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding system by which paint in a paint cartridge mounted in a coating robot/automatic coating device is automatically and stably fed to a coater and in which a paint feeding path is automatically washed.
SOLUTION: Together with a holding means for fixing and holding a paint cartridge 3 in a mounting position B, a joint member 12 communicating with a coater 6 through a paint flow passage A and a connector member 14 to which washing thinner air is fed are provided near the mounting position B, and a push-out means by which paint in the paint cartridge 3 can be stably pushed out of an outlet part 32 is provided. And a connecting means 15 for coating/ washing is provided in which by joining/releasing of the joint member 12 and the outlet part 32, the paint cartridge 3 is made connectable with the coater 6 and by joining/releasing of the reverse placement of the member 32 and a connector member 14, thinner air can be fed to the paint flow passage A from inside the joint member 12.
