Abstract:
To provide a system for making a plan for deciding the facility stop date and time of a power system.
A system for making facility stop plan of a power system can make such a plan that satisfies the reliability of the power system in a whole facility stop profile and reflects the desired date and time of facility stoppage requesters and, at the same time, guarantees the translation of the system configuration to the next facility stop profile by system operation in all facility stop profiles. In a processing block 13, such a system configuration that enables the operation of each work profile is prepared and, in a processing block 15, the operating procedure for proceeding to each system configuration is prepared.
