Abstract:
To provide a system and a method for calculating communication charge and a portable communication terminal, with which a charge can be discounted corresponding to the power source on/off and manner mode setting of the portable communication terminal.
In a system 50 for calculating the communication charge of a portable communication terminal 20,the system is provided with a control means 51 for calculating the power source off time of the portable communication terminal on the basis of power source on/off information reported from the portable communication terminal, and for calculating discount of the communication charge corresponding to the power source off time and discounting the communication charge.
