Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device including an aseptic cooling device, a system including the heat exchange device, and a method using the heat exchange device.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 60 has an opened chamber shape, and includes a first section 62 for storing a cooling medium or a heating medium, and a second section 64 for storing food products. The first section 62 includes a level detection device 76 constituted to keep a level of the cooling medium or the heating medium in the first section 62 while preventing the cooling medium or the heating medium from pressurizing the first section 62. The opened chamber shape provides an upper end portion of the first section 62 with air brake 68 so that the cooling medium or the heating medium entering the first section 62 has atmospheric pressure or a pressure near the atmospheric pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
