Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically remove a pressure sensitive adhesive tape, and easily and reliably process the separated pressure sensitive adhesive tape by separating this pressure sensitive adhesive tape from a side surface and an under surface of a printed board stack in a condition where one end part of the pressure sensitive adhesive tape is adhered to an aluminium plate as it is.
CONSTITUTION: This cut aluminium plate is reversed outside by almost 180° by a reversing mechanism 60, and is held by a holding mechanism 70. This reversed aluminium plate and a printed board stack are relatively moved in the plate thickness direction by a tape separating mechanism 75. Thereby, this pressure sensitive adhesive tape is separated from a side surface and an under surface of a printed board. Thereby, this pressure sensitive adhesive tape is easily separated, and this pressure sensitive adhesive tape is not cut in the middle of it. Since one end part of the pressure sensitive adhesive tape is adhered to the reversed aluminium plate as it is, this separated pressure sensitive adhesive tape can be processed and abondoned together with the cut aluminium plate.
