Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a travel speed of a tape constant with simple constitution even if a tape diameter increases or decreases in a tape take-up type bill reflux device.SOLUTION: A bill reflux device 1 comprises: a first constant load spring 30 which imparts constant torque to a first reel 10 supporting a part of a tape 2 in a take-up direction of the tape; a second constant load spring 40 which imparts constant torque to a second reel 20 supporting another part of the tape in the take-up direction of the tape; and a driving conveyance part 50 which drives the tape forward and backward between both the reels, and conveys a bill to between parts of the tape spirally wound around an outer periphery of the first reel. Driving conveyance means comprises a first driving belt 51 and a second driving belt 61 which are arranged opposite each other with a tape part 2C interposed extending between the first reel and second reel, and transmit driving force to the tape part, the bill being conveyed while nipped between the tape part and first driving member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
