CONSTITUTION: A linear motor 115 shifts a housing 110 in the direction parallel to a taking-up shaft 101 in correspondence with the signal supplied from a position detector 116, distance detector 109, and a memory device 114. Since the taking-up shaft 101 is revolved in the direction of arrow, a tape winding shaped article 102 same to the shape data memorized in the memory device can be formed.
