To provide a simple attaching/detaching device which solves a problem where a conventional attaching/detaching device for piping, wiring and the like does not provide easy single attaching/detaching motion and requires a work time, related to a target cooling piping/instrumentation wirings simple attaching/detaching device for easily attaching/detaching piping and instrumentation wiring provided to a target main body where a target is installed where proton beam is made incident to cause neutron beam.
Cooling pipings and instrumentation wirings different in dimension and structure are respectively assembled. An assembly attached to the target main body and an assembly attached to a plumbing cavity/drive shield block are connected together with a connecting device having a wedge effect for absorbing minute displacement caused by thermal displacement or fluid oscillation. At maintenance, repair and replacement, the connected assemblies are integrally attached/detached. Thus, no attaching/detaching is required for each cooling piping and instrumentation wiring different in dimension and structure, eliminating failure of conventional attaching/detaching device for easy assurance of space for access, resulting in reliable continuity.
