This telephone stand is equipped with a resinous lower case 1, a conductive plate 3 which is placed on this lower case 1 and has a charge contact 2 to a portable telephone (not shown in figure) at its end, a connector 4 which is connected to this conductive plate 3 and relays the output of an external power source (not shown in figure), and a resinous upper case 5 which covers the above conductive plate 3 and the connector 4. A locking terminal 6 capable of lateral insertion is made at the base of the above conductive plate 3, and a connecting terminal 8 projected sideways on the rear side of the above connector 4 is inserted into and connected with the above locking terminal 6. In condition that the tops of the above conductive plate 3 and the connector 4 are pressed with the above upper case 5, the above upper case 5 and the lower case 1 are coupled with each other by, for example, screws 9, and also the outer flank of the above connector 4 is pressed with the above upper case 5 or the lower case 1 or both of them.
