Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a temperature control system which allows the temperature in a room to attain to a set value rapidly, by detecting sampled values at four successive points in a pulse train of sampled values showing the temperature in the room. CONSTITUTION:From a pulse trains of sampled values as a control curve 1, whether deviation from a set value is in a normal deviation region B or negative deviation area D is discriminated. Then, whether the deviation is in a monotone increase area E or monotone decrease area D in both areas is detected. Those operations are performed regarding data on two last samples and two current samples and while state transition relation is made clear from sampled vlues at four sample points, the flection points, maximum points and minimum points of the control curve are found to perform on-off control over a hot gap by-pass valve, a heater, etc. Thus, information on how many times the curve reaches the prescribed set value crossing the set value is found to perform control with learning functions which enable optimum temperature control, thus improving the precision of the control.
