Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the overshoot by controlling power supply to a heater by a control means at the time of turning on a power switch and turning on a high temperature setting means for a certain time by a timer after arrival of the signal voltage at a set voltage. CONSTITUTION:After a power switch 8 and a relay 6 are turned on, a voltage V2 set by a variable resistance 2 is compared with a detected voltage V1. When the voltage V1 is lower than or equal to the voltage V2, they are kept turned on; and when the voltage V1 exceeds the voltage V2, the variable resistance is short-circuited by a high temperature setting means 9 to set a high temperature. Counting of a timer 10 is started simultaneously, and high temperature control is performed for a certain time till expiration of the timer 10. After expiration of the timer 10, the high temperature setting means 9 is turned off, and the set temperature is returned to the temperature set by the variable resistance 2 to perform the normal control. By this constitution, the detected temperature and the set temperature are compared with each other by a comparator 3, and the temperature control is performed with a satisfactory rise temperature just after the start of power supply and less overshoot even for low temperature control regardless of the use of a microcomputer of low function.
