Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stably keep the water level of a pump well by providing a flow rate storage means, an inflow rate forecasting means, an operation pattern forecasting means, and a pump control means. CONSTITUTION:The flow rate signal of sewage 3 obtained by a flow meter 4 in upstream side of a duct 2 is taken into a flow rate storage part 6 in time series and is supplied to an inflow rate forecasting part 8 by making of a switch 7. The forecasting part 8 forecasts the inflow rate to a pump well 1 in time series in accordance with a prescribed arithmetic formula. A running pattern forecasting part 9 plans the number of drawing pumps 10 and generators 11 to be run based on the inflow forecast signal and the measured value of a water level gage 5 and sends an operation plan signal to a pump start deciding part 12 and a generator start deciding part 13 and instructs a pump control part 14 and a generator control part 15 to start or stop pumps and generators so that pumps and generators whose number is planned by the running pattern forecasting part 9 are operated. The pump control part 14 normally controls pumps through the water level gage so that the deviation of the water level from a set value is zero, and this part 14 controls pumps by the signal of the part 12 at the time of making of the switch 7.
