Then, control signals VCOSW1 and 2, synchronizing with a transmission and reception slot are detected as trigger signals TRG1, TRG2, and TRG3 by the outer trigger deciding part 283e, and each temperature correction operation of reference oscillation frequencies, a transmission output level, and the operating point of a transmission power amplifier 225 is operated in a period, other than the transmission and reception slot based on the detecting timing of the trigger signals TRG1, TRG2, and TRG3.
