Abstract:
To provide a polydepsipeptide equipped with both temperature-responding property and biodegradable property suitable as a medical material, and a method for producing the same.
This polydepsipeptide is expressed by general formula (I) [wherein, R1 is a 1-6C alkyl, a 1-6C alkyl substituted by hydroxy or a 1-6C alkyl substituted by a 1-3C alkoxy; R2 is H or methyl; (x) is ≥4 integer; (y) is ≥0 integer; and (n) is 1 or 2], and the method for producing the same is also provided.
