Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor capable of achieving both vibration resistance and thermal shock resistance.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 1 comprises a thermo-sensitive element 2 the electrical characteristic of which changes with temperature, a pair of electrode wires 21 led out from the thermo-sensitive element 2, a sheath pin 3 the pair of signal wires 31 of which are connected to the pair of electrode wires 21, and a tip cover 4 armored on the sheath pin 3. A rear end side inside the tip cover 4 that includes the periphery of at least the pair of electrode wires 21, the pair of signal wires 31, and a rear end part 22 of the thermo-sensitive element 2 is filled with a rear end-side filler 5A. A tip side inside the tip cover 4 that includes the periphery of at least a tip part 23 of the thermo-sensitive element 2 is filled with a tip-side filter 5B. The hardness of the tip-side filler 5B in a state in which it is filled inside the tip cover 4 is softer than the hardness of the rear end-side filter 5A in a state in which it is filled inside the tip cover 4.
